BONUS RULES AND CONDITIONS
1. These Terms and Conditions govern the additional bonus promotion "Spinback".
2. The "Spinback" bonus promotion will be valid from 00:00 on July 1, 2026, until 23:59 on July 29, 2026.
3. The "Spinback" bonus promotion is available to all registered users of palmsbet.com who are not restricted from receiving bonuses from the Organizer.
4. Any user who records a net loss of at least 5 € while playing with real money on Wednesday (from 00:00 to 23:59) and/or Saturday (from 00:00 to 23:59) during the promotional period described in Clause 2, while playing the Blazzing Flower game by CT Interactive in the SLOTS section, will qualify for the promotion.
4.1. The cashback bonus is awarded in the form of free spins, each with a value of 0.20 €.
4.2. The maximum number of free spins that can be awarded is 300.
5. The calculation formula is:
Valid real-money wagers – Winning real-money wagers = Net Loss
Example:
If a user records a 50 € net loss on Wednesday while playing the specified game, they will receive 50 free spins the following day.
If a user records a 150 € net loss on Saturday while playing the specified game, they will receive 150 free spins the following day.
If a user records a 500 € net loss on Wednesday while playing the specified game, they will receive the maximum 300 free spins the following day.
6. The awarded free spins can only be used in the SLOTS section, under the Free Spins category, on the Blazzing Flower game.
7. The bonus will be credited to the accounts of eligible users every Thursday and Sunday by 12:00.
8. Winnings generated from the free spins are not subject to any wagering requirements.
9. If the free spins are not used within 24 hours of being credited, they will be removed from the user's account.
10. By accepting the bonus, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Organizer's General Terms and Conditions.
11. If a user does not wish to receive the bonus, they must contact the Customer Support department before they start playing and notify them of their refusal.
12. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make changes to these Terms and Conditions to correct typographical errors or improve the clarity of the information. The Organizer also reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time. Any such changes will be published promptly on palmsbet.com and/or communicated via email or on-site notification.
