Rules of the Game "It's a Lambo"
1. In the period from 15.07.2024 to 23.12.2024, as part of the additional bonus game "Loyalty Program" of Palms Bet, an additional bonus game "It's a Lambo" will be held.
2. Every registered user of the organizer's website who has no restrictions for receiving bonuses from the organizer will be able to participate in the game.
3. Based on playing with real money (excluding the bonuses provided by the Organizer and the winnings from them until they are transferred to the real funds in the gaming account) in all sections of the palmsbet.com website, the
player receives a different number of Bonus Points in the Loyalty Program as described in the rules and conditions of the additional bonus game "Loyalty Program", through which they can request participation in the draw to win the
prize in the "It's a Lambo" game against the Bonus Points accumulated by them.
4. One prize - a Lamborghini Urus S car - will be won in the additional game "It's a Lambo".
5. To participate in the draw, the player must have at least one (1) declared participation for the game, as described in item 3.
6. The organizer provides a total of 5000 entries in the draw for the prize in the bonus game, with each participant having the opportunity to declare more than one entry in the draw against the Bonus Points accumulated by them.
7. For every 5000 bonus points, the participant can declare one entry/one entry in the draw for the prize. If a declared participation in the draw for the prize in the additional bonus game is subsequently declined, the bonus points
are not refunded to the participant and they have no right to use them.
8. The draw for the prize will be held live on Palms Bet's Facebook page and on the official YouTube channel, in the presence of a notary with a random number generator.
9. The draw for the prize will be organized within 14 days after reaching the maximum allowable number of 5000 declared entries.
10. If by 16.12.2024 the maximum number of 5000 declared entries has not been reached, the draw will be held within 7 days only with the declared entries to that point.
11. During the draw, a total of four participants will be drawn, as follows: one winner entitled to receive the prize and three reserves in order of drawing, if the winning participant does not exercise their right to receive the
prize within 14 days. A representative of the organizer will notify the winning participant by telephone call to the telephone number provided by the participant within 14 days of the draw to provide more information related to
receiving the prize. If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organizer, their representative fails to contact the winning participant within this period, with the expiration of it, they lose the right to receive the prize and the
participant drawn as the first reserve is declared the winner. If in the next 14 days the representative of the Organizer, for reasons beyond their control, fails to contact the participant drawn as the first reserve, they do not
exercise their right to receive the prize and lose the right to receive the prize, with the expiration of the 14th day the participant drawn as the second reserve is declared the winner. If in the next 14 days the representative of
the Organizer, for reasons beyond their control, fails to contact the participant drawn as the second reserve, they do not exercise their right to receive the prize and lose the right to receive the prize, with the expiration of the
14th day the participant drawn as the third reserve is declared the winner. If they do not exercise their right to receive the prize within the next 14 days, the Organizer has the right to dispose of the prize as they see fit, with
the Organizer's decisions on all matters related to this promotion being final and binding.
12. If the drawn winning participant is registered under Art. 10g of the Gambling Act, they lose the right to receive the prize and the participant drawn as the first reserve is declared the winner. If they are also registered under
Art. 10g of the Gambling Act, they lose the right to receive the prize and the participant drawn as the second reserve is declared the winner. If they are also registered under Art. 10g of the Gambling Act, they lose the right to
receive the prize and the participant drawn as the third reserve is declared the winner. If they are also registered under Art. 10g of the Gambling Act, they lose the right to receive the prize and the Organizer has the right to
dispose of the prize as they see fit.
13. The winning participant from the game will not have the right to exchange the won prize for its cash equivalent.
14. The organizer reserves the right to change the duration of the bonus game and the start time of the draw at any time, by notifying the participants in advance via emails or by publishing a notice on their official website.
15. Within 40 days after notifying the winning participant by phone about winning the prize, they are required to assist in transferring the prize and provide all necessary documents within this period. If they do not provide the
necessary documents or assistance requested and the prize is not transferred, the winning participant loses the right to receive the prize and the participant drawn as the first reserve is declared the winner, who is notified in
accordance with item 11. Within 40 days after notifying the winning participant who is the first reserve, they are required to assist in transferring the prize and provide all necessary documents within this period. If they do not
provide the necessary documents or assistance requested and the prize is not transferred within the period, they lose the right to receive the prize and the participant drawn as the second reserve is declared the winner, who is
notified in accordance with item 11. Within 40 days after notifying the winning participant who is the second reserve, they are required to assist in transferring the prize and provide all necessary documents within this period. If
they do not provide the necessary documents or assistance requested and the prize is not transferred within the period, they lose the right to receive the prize and the participant drawn as the third reserve is declared the winner,
who is notified in accordance with item 11. If they do not provide the necessary documents or assistance requested and the prize is not transferred within the period, they lose the right to receive the prize and the Organizer has the
right to dispose of the prize as they see fit.
16. Persons related to the organizer are not entitled to participate in the additional bonus game "It's a Lambo", namely:
1. persons working under an employment or service relationship with the Organizer or a related person;
2. persons hired under a civil contract by the Organizer or by a related person;
3. a shareholder, a member of the management or control body of the organizing company or a related person;
4. spouses and relatives without limitation to the degree of persons under items 1-3.
