TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Under these rules, an additional bonus game called “Palms Boost” is established, with conditions described below.
2. All registered users of palmsbet.com are eligible to participate in the Palms Boost bonus game, except those restricted from receiving bonuses by the Organizer.
3. Participation in the Palms Boost offer is only possible after receiving an invitation via SMS, Email, or notification (pop-up) on palmsbet.com. Customers can activate Palms Boost through their bet slip when placing their chosen
bet.
4. The Palms Boost bonus game may be active for a limited period determined by the Organizer and will be valid only for specifically indicated sports events, leagues, or markets in the SPORT and/or LIVE sections on palmsbet.com.
5. The Palms Boost offer represents an enhanced odds (Boost) or increased potential winnings for selected events and/or bet types. The amount of the increase is determined individually by the Organizer for each customer and event.
IMPORTANT!
3.1. Palms Boost is a personal offer and may only be provided to specific customers at the discretion of Palms Bet.
3.2. The offer cannot be transferred, exchanged, shared, or used by other users.
3.3. The offer is valid only for the specified selections and bet types – e.g., single bets only, a specific league only, or selected markets only.
6. If an active Palms Boost and standard bets are available, the customer must make their selection manually. Bets placed without activating the offer will not count toward it.
7. The boosted odds and winnings provided through Palms Boost are applied automatically to the selected bet after activating the offer and successfully placing the qualifying bet. Any realized potential boosted winnings after using
Palms Boost will be automatically credited to the customer’s account without further action.
8. The offer can apply to:
- Pre-match bets;
- Live bets;
- Specific leagues, tournaments, or matches explicitly indicated by Palms Bet.
9. If a bet is canceled, settled at odds of 1.00, or voided due to external reasons (e.g., match stopped, invalid market, etc.), the Palms Boost bonus will not be considered used and will not be reissued.
10. The Palms Boost offer cannot be combined with other bonuses, promotions, or special offers unless explicitly stated by the Organizer.
11. Palms Bet reserves the right to set the maximum bet amount to which the boost can be applied, as well as the limit of increased winnings for each individual customer or event.
12. Palms Bet reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate the offer at any time, with customers being promptly notified via email, account notification, or palmsbet.com.
13. Palms Bet reserves the right, in cases of suspected abuse, event manipulation, or use of unauthorized betting strategies, to cancel all related bets, bonuses, and winnings, and to restrict the customer’s access to future offers.
14. By participating in the Palms Boost bonus game, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and fully accept these terms and conditions.
