BONUS RULES AND CONDITIONS
1. These Terms and Conditions establish the additional bonus game “10% Cashback”.
2. The additional bonus game “10% Cashback” will take place from 00:00 on 30.12.2025 until 12:00 on 06.01.2026.
3. All registered users of the website www.palmsbet.com who, at the time of participation, do not have any restrictions imposed by the Organizer regarding the receipt of bonuses are eligible to participate in the additional bonus game
“10% Cashback”.
4. Participants in the additional bonus game are users who, during the promotional period described in Clause 2, have incurred a net loss of at least BGN 977.91 / EUR 500 after participating in the SLOT and/or SPORTS sections.
IMPORTANT! Net loss is calculated according to the following formula: all wagers placed with real money minus all winnings resulting from them.
5. The cashback bonus is granted in the form of a bonus amount valid for wagering in the Slot and Sports sections.
6. The rewards from the additional bonus game “10% Cashback” will be credited to the user accounts of the eligible participants within 48 hours after the end of the promotional period described in Clause 2.
7. The maximum bonus amount that may be granted to a single user from the additional bonus game “10% Cashback” is BGN 9,779.15 / EUR 5,000.
8. In order to withdraw the bonus amount, wagers equal to one (1) times the amount of the granted bonus must be placed.
9. The maximum value of a single bet placed with the bonus amount in the Slot section is BGN 5 / EUR 2.56.
10. The bonus amount is valid for a period of seven (7) days from the date of crediting. If the bonus amount is not wagered within seven (7) days, it will be automatically removed from the user’s account.
11. By accepting the granted bonus amount, the user declares that they are familiar with and accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as the General Terms and Conditions of the Organizer.
12. If a user does not wish to receive the bonus amount, they must contact and notify the Customer Support Department of their refusal prior to starting to use the bonus.
13. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make changes for the purpose of correcting typographical errors or improving the clarity of the information. The Organizer also reserves the right to amend, suspend, or
terminate this promotion at any time. Information about such changes will be published in a timely manner on the website palmsbet.com and/or via email or on-site notification.
