1.In accordance with these Terms and Conditions, an additional bonus campaign called “Black Freeday” is established, which includes four additional bonus games, as follows:
-“Double Points for the Loyalty Program” – an additional bonus game valid every day from 10.11.2025 to 28.11.2025 inclusive;
-“10% Cashback Bonus - Black Freeday” – an additional bonus game valid from 00:00 on 14.11.2025 to 23:59 on 14.11.2025;
-“Reload Bonus - Black Freeday” – an additional bonus game valid from 00:00 on 21.11.2025 to 23:59 on 21.11.2025;
-“Black Freeday Competition” – an additional bonus game valid from 00:00 on 28.11.2025 to 23:59 on 28.11.2025.
2.Every registered user on palmsbet.com who does not have imposed limits in the “Casino” section and has no restrictions on receiving bonuses and promotions is entitled to participate in any of the additional bonus games
listed in point 1.
3.The following rules and conditions apply to each of the additional bonus games listed in point 1:
Double Points for the Loyalty Program
1.In accordance with these Terms and Conditions, an additional bonus game called “Double Points for the Loyalty Program” is held, open to every registered user on palmsbet.com who has no imposed limit for participation in the
“Casino” section.
2.The additional bonus game “Double Points for the Loyalty Program” will be held every day from 10.11.2025 to 28.11.2025 inclusive.
3.During the promotional period, every registered user on palmsbet.com without a limit in the “Casino” section may participate in the bonus game by placing real money bets on selected games designated in the “Black Freeday”
category by the Organizer.
4.During the promotional period of the additional bonus game “Double Points for the Loyalty Program,” users will have the opportunity, through their gameplay, to generate double (x2) status and bonus points in the palmsbet.com
Loyalty Program.
5.Every 1 EUR / 1.95 лв. wagered with real money on the special games in the “Black Freeday” category generates:
-0.40 points for CT INTERACTIVE slots, instead of the standard 0.20 points;
-0.20 points for slots from other providers (excluding CT INTERACTIVE), instead of the standard 0.10 points.
6.The Organizer reserves the right at any time to change the duration of the bonus game, informing participants in advance via email and notifying the competent authority (NAP) in accordance with applicable law.
7.The Organizer reserves the right to restrict or exclude a customer or group of customers from participating in the bonus game if there is suspicion of dishonest actions aimed at unfair advantage from the campaign.
10% Cashback Bonus - Black Freeday
1.In accordance with these Terms and Conditions, an additional bonus game called “10% Cashback Bonus - Black Freeday” is established.
2.The bonus game will be valid from 00:00 on 14.11.2025 to 23:59 on 14.11.2025.
3.All registered users on palmsbet.com who have no restrictions on receiving bonuses from the Organizer may benefit from this bonus game.
4.Every customer who has incurred a net loss of at least 10 EUR / 19.55 лв. while playing games from the “Black Freeday” category during the promotional period will receive a 10% cashback bonus.
5.The net loss is calculated using the following formula:
-Total real money bets minus all resulting winnings.
6.Cashback bonuses will be credited to qualifying users’ accounts by 12:00 on 15.11.2025.
7.The maximum cashback bonus a user can receive is 2,500 EUR / 4,889.57 лв..
8.The bonus amount from this additional bonus game is valid for wagering on games from the “Black Freeday” category only.
9.To withdraw the bonus amount, the user must complete wagering equal to five (5) times the bonus provided.
10.The maximum single bet with the cashback bonus is 5 EUR / 9.77 лв..
11.The maximum winnings achievable with the cashback bonus is 5,000 EUR / 9,779.15 лв..
12.The validity of the cashback bonus is seven (7) days from the date of crediting.
13.If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be removed from the user’s account.
14.By accepting the bonus, the user declares that they are aware of and accept these rules, as well as the Organizer’s General Terms and Conditions.
15.If the user does not wish to receive the bonus, they must notify the Customer Support department prior to playing.
16.The Organizer reserves the right to make changes at its discretion to correct typographical errors or improve clarity for the user. The Organizer also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any
time. Information about any changes, including termination of the promotion, will be published on the official palmsbet.com website and/or via email or website notification.
Reload Bonus - Black Freeday
1.In accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the “Reload Bonus - Black Freeday” is established and is available to all registered users of palmsbet.com, except those with restrictions on receiving bonuses and promotions.
2.The bonus will be active from 00:00 on 21.11.2025 to 23:59 on 21.11.2025.
3.Each user can claim the bonus once during the promotional period.
4.The “Reload Bonus - Black Freeday” will be credited to the user account as a bonus amount equal to 50% of the deposited amount, up to a maximum of 100 EUR / 195.58 лв..
5.The bonus can be activated with a minimum deposit of 10 EUR / 19.55 лв..
6.The credited bonus and the qualifying deposit can only be used on games in the “Black Freeday” category.
7.Winnings generated from gameplay with the bonus can only be withdrawn if the total wagering with the bonus and deposit exceeds forty (40) times their amount.
8.The maximum single bet with the Reload Bonus is 5 EUR / 9.77 лв..
9.The maximum winnings achievable with the Reload Bonus is 5,000 EUR / 9,779.15 лв..
10.The Reload Bonus is valid for seven (7) days from activation. If not used within seven (7) days, the bonus will be removed from the user account.
11.Users can opt out of the bonus if no wagering has been made with the bonus or deposit. In that case, the bonus will be removed, and the deposit will be returned to the user account.
Black Freeday Competition
1.In accordance with these Terms and Conditions, an additional bonus game called “Black Freeday Competition” is established, with rules described below.
2.All registered users on palmsbet.com who have no restrictions on receiving bonuses may participate.
3.The bonus game will take place from 00:00 on 28.11.2025 to 23:59 on 28.11.2025.
4.Full rules and conditions for participation in the “Black Freeday Competition” will be published on the official palmsbet.com website on 12.11.2025.
