BONUS TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. In accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the bonus game "Virtual Reload - 50% up to €50" is established and is available to all registered users of www.palmsbet.com, except those who are restricted from receiving bonus and promotional offers.
2. The "Virtual Reload - 50% up to €50" bonus game will be available from 08.07.2026 until 31.08.2026.
3. The wagering requirement for the "Reload" bonus applies only to the "Virtuals" section.
4. The "Reload" bonus amounts to 50% of the deposit, up to a maximum of €50.
5. Winnings generated from the "Reload" bonus may be withdrawn only after the combined amount of the deposit and bonus has been wagered 5 (five) times on bets with a minimum odds of 1.30.
Example: If a customer deposits €100 and receives a €50 bonus, the wagering requirement will be (100 + 50) × 5 = €750.
6. The "Reload" bonus is credited as a Bonus Amount.
7. By accepting the bonus under Clause 1, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all additional terms and conditions applicable to this bonus.
8. The "Reload" bonus is valid for 24 hours from the moment of activation.
9. If the bonus amount and the deposit are not wagered within 24 hours of being credited, the bonus amount and all winnings generated from it will be removed. The wagering requirement will remain valid only for the remaining deposit balance, if any funds are left in the gaming account. Only settled bets (won or lost) placed within the 24-hour validity period will count towards the wagering requirement.
9.1. Bets with any other status, including but not limited to cancelled, void, cash out, partial cash out, or similar statuses, will not count towards the wagering requirement.
10. If the player chooses to forfeit the bonus before its expiration, the entire bonus amount, together with any winnings generated from it, will be removed from the gaming account balance.
Note: The Organizer reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the promotion at any time. Participating customers will be informed accordingly of any such changes. Promotional offers are limited to one per person. If the Organizer has reasonable grounds to believe that a bonus has been claimed by or on behalf of the same person or group of persons more than once, the Organizer reserves the right to withdraw any offer from such customer or group of customers, cancel all wagering carried out using the bonus or promotional funds, and remove any winnings derived from such wagering. In the event of fraudulent or abusive activity intended to obtain an unfair advantage from the bonus, the Organizer reserves the right to deduct any positive balance in the player's gaming account resulting from such activity, as well as the amount of any losses incurred.
