Terms and Conditions
1. Under these terms, an additional bonus campaign “Holy Week” is established, which includes the following bonus games:
1.1. “Daily Draws” – Daily prize draws held on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday during the promotional period from 07.04.2026 to 09.04.2026 inclusive.
1.2. “Easter Super Start” – Additional bonus offers of up to 400% Free Spins, valid from 06.04.2026 to 09.04.2026.
1.3. “Cashback Bonus” – Up to 20% cashback based on net losses from CT Interactive games.
1.4. “Easter Tournaments” – An additional bonus game active on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 16:00 on 11.04.2026 to 22:00 on 13.04.2026 inclusive.
2. Each registered user of palmsbet.com, without restrictions on receiving bonuses and promotions and without active limits in the “Casino” section, is eligible to participate.
3. The following terms and conditions apply to each of the bonus games listed above.
DAILY DRAWS:
1. These Terms establish an additional bonus game “Daily Drawings” with the rules described below.
2. Every registered user of palmsbet.com who meets the conditions outlined in these Terms can participate.
3. The “Daily Drawings” bonus game will be held from 06.04.2026 to 09.04.2026.
4. Every user who has made at least one (1) successful deposit with real funds during the previous calendar day participates in the daily draw.
- Only one entry per user per day is counted, regardless of the number of deposits.
5. A total of three (3) prizes will be awarded during the promotion, each consisting of an Apple package (smartphone, headphones, and smartwatch) or its cash equivalent of €1,000.
6. To participate in a specific daily draw, the user must have made at least one successful deposit during the previous calendar day.
*Example:
A user who made a deposit on 06.04.2026 (Monday) participates in the Tuesday draw;
A user who made a deposit on 07.04.2026 (Tuesday) participates in the Wednesday draw;
A user who made a deposit on 06.04.2026 but not on the following day participates only in Tuesday’s draw and does not qualify for subsequent draws.
7. Daily draws take place on Tuesday (07.04), Wednesday (08.04), and Thursday (09.04) using a random number generator.
8. Each day, three participants are drawn: one winner and three reserve participants. The winner is entitled to receive the prize or its cash equivalent, provided they can be contacted within 14 days. If not, the prize is transferred to the first reserve, and subsequently to the second reserve if necessary. If no contact is made, the Organizer may dispose of the prize at its discretion.
9. The Organizer reserves the right to change the promotion period or draw time, with prior notification via email or website announcement.
10. The following persons are not eligible to participate:
1. Employees of the Organizer or related entities;
2. Contractors of the Organizer or related entities;
3. Shareholders or management members;
4. Relatives of the above individuals.
Easter Super Start:
1. Under these Terms, an additional bonus game “Easter Super Start” is established, which can be used by all registered users of palmsbet.com, except those with restrictions on receiving bonuses and promotions.
2. The bonus “Easter Super Start” will be active in the period from 00:00 on 06.04.2026 to 23:59 on 09.04.2026.
3. Each user of palmsbet.com who meets the conditions described in point 1 has the right to take advantage of the “Easter Super Start” bonus once per day during the days when the bonus is active.
4. Within the additional bonus game “Easter Super Start”, customers will receive each of the following fixed deposit offers:
Deposit €25 for 100 Free Spins (Each spin with a value of €0.05)
Deposit €50 for 100 Free Spins (Each spin with a value of €0.10)
Deposit €100 for 100 Free Spins (Each spin with a value of €0.20)
4.1. Each customer has the right to choose only one of the offers described in point 4, and after selection the other two offers will be automatically removed.
5. The bonus “Monday Super Start” can be activated by making the corresponding minimum deposit for the selected offer (€25 / €50 / €100).
5.1. After successfully completing the deposit under point 5, the bonus is provided gradually over four (4) consecutive days, starting from the first day of the additional bonus game, as follows:
Day 1 (Monday) – Upon a successful deposit, users receive 25 Free Spins, each with a value according to the selected offer.
Day 2 (Tuesday) – Each user who participated in the bonus game on Day 1 receives the same number of Free Spins with the same unit value as those provided on Day 1.

The total number of Free Spins granted is one hundred (100), distributed over four (4) consecutive days.
5.2. The no-deposit Free Spins bonus on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday will be added to customer accounts by 12:00.
6. The bonus “Easter Super Start” is provided in the form of Free Spins, where the value of each spin and the applicable games are determined based on the selected offer on Day 1:

10. The deposit can be withdrawn only if the wagered amount exceeds one (1) time its value. Potential winnings from Free Spins are not subject to wagering requirements and can be withdrawn without additional conditions.
11. The Free Spins provided under the bonus offer are valid for 24 hours after acceptance. If the spins are not used within this period, they will be removed from the customer’s account.
12. If the Free Spins and the deposit are not wagered within 24 hours from the moment of receiving them, the Free Spins will be removed from the customer’s account, while the deposit wagering requirement remains valid until fulfilled.
13. By accepting the bonus under paragraph 1, the participant declares that they have read and accept all additional terms and conditions for the specific bonus.
Cashback Bonus:
1. Under these Terms and Conditions, an additional bonus game “up to 20% Easter Cashback” is established.
2. The additional bonus game “up to 20% Easter Cashback” will be valid in the period from 06.04.2026 to 09.04.2026.
3. The additional bonus game “up to 20% Easter Cashback” can be used by all registered users of palmsbet.com who do not have restrictions on receiving bonuses from the Organizer.
4. Each user who has realized a net loss of at least €100 with real funds, when playing slot games from the provider CT Interactive in the period from Monday to Thursday inclusive, will receive a Cashback bonus as follows:
- For a realized loss from €100 to €499.99 – the customer will receive a 5% Cashback bonus on the net lost amount.
- For a realized loss from €500 to €999.99 – the customer will receive a 10% Cashback bonus on the net lost amount.
- For a realized loss from €1,000 to €4,999.99 – the customer will receive a 15% Cashback bonus on the net lost amount.
- For a realized loss above €5,000 – the customer will receive a 20% Cashback bonus on the net lost amount.
5. The realized net loss is calculated using the following formula:
All bets made with real funds minus all resulting winnings.
6. The maximum Cashback bonus that a user can receive is €1,000.
*Example:
In case of a realized net loss of €12,500 or more, the user qualifies for 20% Cashback, but will receive the maximum allowed amount of €1,000.
7. The bonus will be credited to the accounts of the qualified users by 14:00 on Friday.
8. The bonus amount provided from the additional bonus game “up to 20% Easter Cashback” will be valid for wagering only in the Slots section for CT Interactive games.
9. In order to withdraw the bonus amount credited from the additional bonus game “up to 20% Easter Cashback”, it is necessary to complete wagering equal to three (3) times the amount of the provided bonus.
10. The maximum value of a single bet with the Cashback bonus is €3.
11. The maximum winnings that can be realized when playing with the Cashback bonus are as follows:
- The maximum winnings that can be realized with a 5% Cashback bonus is €250.
- The maximum winnings that can be realized with a 10% Cashback bonus is €1,000.
- The maximum winnings that can be realized with a 15% Cashback bonus is €7,500.
- The maximum winnings that can be realized with a 20% Cashback bonus is €10,000.
12. The validity of the Cashback bonus is seven (7) days from the moment of its granting. If the wagering requirements are not fulfilled within this period, the bonus and all resulting winnings will be removed from the customer’s account.
13. By accepting the bonus, the customer declares that they are familiar with and accept these Terms, as well as the General Terms and Conditions of the Organizer.
14. If the customer does not wish to receive the “up to 20% Easter Cashback” bonus, they must contact and notify the Customer Support department before starting to play.
Easter Tournaments:
1. Under these Terms, an additional bonus game “Easter Tournaments” is conducted, in which every registered user of palmsbet.com who does not have restrictions on receiving bonuses from the Organizer can participate.
2. The bonus game “Easter Tournaments” will be held in the form of rounds, every day during the period from 16:00 on 11.04.2026 and will continue until 22:00 on 13.04.2026 /“promotional period”/.
3. During the promotional period, every registered user of palmsbet.com who does not have restrictions on receiving bonuses from the Organizer may participate by placing qualifying bets only with real funds on selected games from the provider CT Interactive.
- Bets made with bonus funds from deposit offers and Welcome Casino Bonus will not participate in the promotion.
4. Each day during the promotional period of the additional bonus game “Easter Tournaments” there will be six (6) separate rounds.
*Rounds:
Round 1 – from 16:00:00 to 17:00:00
Round 2 – from 17:00:00 to 18:00:00
Round 3 – from 18:00:00 to 19:00:00
Round 4 – from 19:00:00 to 20:00:00
Round 5 – from 20:00:00 to 21:00:00
Round 6 – from 21:00:00 to 22:00:00
5. In each round, the participants ranked in the top twenty (20) places will share a prize pool of €875, as follows:
5. The bonus rewards in the additional bonus game “Easter Tournaments” are provided by the Organizer and cannot be formed from jackpot prizes of the gaming machines.
6. Each winning spin will generate points according to the following mechanic: Win divided by Bet = Winning multiplier.
Only bets with real funds of a minimum of €0.20 are valid.
All jackpots are excluded from point accumulation.
*Example:
With a bet of €0.10, regardless of the win, no points will be awarded because the bet is below the minimum of €0.20.
7. Through their gaming activity on palmsbet.com, each customer will generate points. Point generation will be possible only on selected games determined by the Organizer, which will be separated into a promotional page “Easter Tournaments” during the promotional period.
8. The position of each player in the ranking will be based on the points accumulated by them according to point 6.
9. The rewards of the winning players will be credited within 1 hour after the end of each round.
10. The rewards will be distributed as shown in the table in point 5.
11. Each bonus reward will be credited in the form of a bonus amount with wagering requirements equal to three (3) times the amount of the received bonus.
12. The maximum winnings that can be realized with the provided bonus are as follows:
The maximum winnings that can be realized with a €10 bonus amount is €100.
The maximum winnings that can be realized with a €20 bonus amount is €200.
The maximum winnings that can be realized with a €50 bonus amount is €500.
The maximum winnings that can be realized with a €75 bonus amount is €750.
The maximum winnings that can be realized with a €100 bonus amount is €1,000.
The maximum winnings that can be realized with a €150 bonus amount is €1,500.
The maximum winnings that can be realized with a €200 bonus amount is €2,000.
13. The bonus rewards are valid only for wagering in the “Slots” section for CT Interactive games.
14. If the bonus is not wagered within three (3) days from the date of receiving it, it will be removed from the participant’s account. If the wagering requirements are not fulfilled within this period, the bonus and all resulting winnings will be removed from the customer’s account.
