Terms and Conditions
1. Under these Terms and Conditions, the “Bonus Heat!” additional bonus game is hereby established. It comprises four (4) separate additional bonus games conducted from 00:00 on 10.08.2026 until 23:59:59 on 30.08.2026, as follows:
1.1. “Bet on Monday, Win All Week!” – an additional bonus game available every MONDAY from 10.08.2026 until 24.08.2026, inclusive;
1.2. “48-Hour Marathon” – an additional bonus game available every WEDNESDAY and THURSDAY from 12.08.2026 until 27.08.2026, inclusive;
1.3. “Tick-Tock Races” – an additional bonus game available every SATURDAY from 15.08.2026 until 29.08.2026, inclusive;
1.4. “Get Your Deposit Back!” – an additional bonus game available every SUNDAY from 16.08.2026 until 30.08.2026, inclusive.
2. Any registered user of palmsbet.com who has no active limits in the Casino section and is not restricted by the Organizer from receiving bonuses and promotions may participate in each of the additional bonus games specified in Clause 1, provided that the respective requirements are met.
3. All qualifying bets under these Terms and Conditions must be placed on games included in the specially designated “Bonus Heat!” category. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses awarded through the additional bonus games specified in Clause 1 may be wagered only on games included in the same category.
4. Each of the additional bonus games specified in Clause 1 is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
“BET ON MONDAY, WIN ALL WEEK!”
1. The “Bet on Monday, Win All Week!” additional bonus game is conducted as part of the “Bonus Heat!” additional bonus game.
2. The additional bonus game will be available every MONDAY from 00:00 until 23:59:59 during the promotional period from 10.08.2026 until 24.08.2026, inclusive.
3. The additional bonus game is available to all registered users of palmsbet.com who are not restricted by the Organizer from receiving bonuses.
4. Any user who places bets with real funds totalling at least €500 on games included in the “Bonus Heat!” category during the respective Monday will be entered into the draw for the respective weekly round.
5. Every TUESDAY, ten (10) winning users will be selected by means of a random number generator from among all participants who fulfilled the requirement under Clause 4 on the preceding day.
6. Each of the ten (10) winning users will receive a €100 bonus EVERY DAY from the Tuesday on which the draw takes place through Sunday, inclusive. The respective daily bonus will be credited to the user’s gaming account during the respective day.
7. Each daily bonus is awarded and wagered separately from the other daily bonuses.
8. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the awarded bonus funds may be wagered only on games included in the “Bonus Heat!” category.
9. To withdraw any winnings generated from each separately awarded daily bonus, the user must meet a wagering requirement equal to five times (x5) the amount of the respective bonus.
10. The maximum amount of a single bet placed with the awarded bonus funds is €2.50.
11. The maximum win that may be generated from each separately awarded daily bonus is ten (10) times the amount of the respective bonus.
12. Each daily bonus is valid for twenty-four (24) hours from the time it is awarded.
13. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period, the respective bonus and all winnings generated from it will be removed from the user’s account.
14. By accepting the bonus, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Organizer’s General Terms and Conditions.
15. If a user does not wish to receive the respective bonus, they must notify Customer Support before placing any bets with the awarded bonus funds.
16. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make changes in order to correct typographical errors or improve the clarity of the information provided to users. The Organizer also reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time. Information regarding any changes, including the termination of the promotion, will be published in a timely manner on the Organizer’s official website, palmsbet.com, and/or communicated by email or an on-site notification.
“48-HOUR MARATHON”
1. The “48-Hour Marathon” additional bonus game is conducted as part of the “Bonus Heat!” additional bonus game.
2. The additional bonus game is available to all registered users of palmsbet.com who are not restricted by the Organizer from receiving bonuses and promotions.
3. The “48-Hour Marathon” additional bonus game will be available every WEDNESDAY and THURSDAY from 12.08.2026 until 27.08.2026, inclusive. It will consist of three (3) separate rounds, each lasting forty-eight (48) hours, as follows:
• First round – from 00:00 on 12.08.2026 until 23:59:59 on 13.08.2026;
• Second round – from 00:00 on 19.08.2026 until 23:59:59 on 20.08.2026;
• Third round – from 00:00 on 26.08.2026 until 23:59:59 on 27.08.2026.
4. Any user who places a bet with real funds on a game included in the “Bonus Heat!” category during the respective round will automatically participate in the additional bonus game. Each €1 wagered with real funds earns 1 point.
Example:
• A €1 bet = 1 point;
• A €10 bet = 10 points;
• A €100 bet = 100 points.
Bets placed with bonus funds do not earn points.
4.1. If two or more users have the same number of points, the user who reached the respective score first will be ranked higher.
5. The prizes for each separate round will be distributed among the top fifty (50) ranked users as follows:

6. The prizes will be credited to the gaming accounts of the ranked users as bonus funds once the respective round has ended and its results have been processed.
7. To withdraw any winnings generated from the awarded prize, the user must place bets totalling one time (x1) the amount of the respective prize.
8. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the awarded bonus funds may be used only on games included in the “Bonus Heat!” category.
9. The maximum amount of a single bet placed with the awarded bonus funds is €2.50.
10. The maximum win that may be generated from the awarded prize is five (5) times the amount of the respective prize.
11. The awarded prize is valid for seventy-two (72) hours from the time it is credited to the user’s gaming account.
11.1. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period, the respective prize and all winnings generated from it will be removed from the user’s account.
12. By using the awarded bonus funds, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Organizer’s General Terms and Conditions.
13. If a user does not wish to receive the respective prize, they must notify Customer Support before placing any bets with the awarded bonus funds.
14. The Organizer may amend the additional bonus game in order to correct typographical errors or improve the clarity of the information provided to users. The Organizer may also amend, suspend or cancel the additional bonus game for legislative or regulatory reasons. Information regarding any amendment or termination will be published on the official website, palmsbet.com, and/or communicated by email or an on-site notification.
15. The Organizer reserves the right to amend or cancel the award of a prize to a particular user or group of users in the event of abuse, fraud, a breach of these Terms and Conditions or a breach of the Organizer’s General Terms and Conditions.
“TICK-TOCK RACES”
1. The “Tick-Tock Races” additional bonus game is conducted as part of the “Bonus Heat!” additional bonus game.
2. The additional bonus game is available to all registered users of palmsbet.com who are not restricted by the Organizer from receiving bonuses.
3. The additional bonus game will be available every SATURDAY during the promotional period from 15.08.2026 until 29.08.2026, inclusive.
3.1. The additional bonus game will consist of ten (10) separate rounds during each Saturday, each lasting one (1) hour, as follows:
• First round – from 08:00 until 08:59:59;
• Second round – from 09:00 until 09:59:59;
• Third round – from 12:00 until 12:59:59;
• Fourth round – from 13:00 until 13:59:59;
• Fifth round – from 18:00 until 18:59:59;
• Sixth round – from 19:00 until 19:59:59;
• Seventh round – from 20:00 until 20:59:59;
• Eighth round – from 21:00 until 21:59:59;
• Ninth round – from 22:00 until 22:59:59;
• Tenth round – from 23:00 until 23:59:59.
4. Any user who places a bet with real funds on a game included in the “Bonus Heat!” category during the respective round may participate and qualify for one of the bonus prizes.
4.1. The ranking for each separate round will be determined by adding together the points earned from the user’s winning multipliers.
The winning multiplier is calculated using the following formula:
Win amount ÷ Bet amount = Winning multiplier
Each winning multiplier equal to or greater than 1 will be added to the user’s total score for the respective round. Where the resulting multiplier is lower than 1, the bet will earn 0 points.
Examples:
• If a user places a €1 bet and wins €2.20, they will receive 2.2 points (€2.20 ÷ €1 = 2.2 points).
• If a user places a €1 bet and wins €1, they will receive 1 point (€1 ÷ €1 = 1 point).
• If a user places a €5 bet and wins €50, they will receive 10 points (€50 ÷ €5 = 10 points).
• If a user places a €2 bet and wins €1.60, they will receive 0 points because the winning multiplier is lower than 1.
4.2. If two or more users have the same score, the user who placed the higher single qualifying bet will be ranked higher. If the qualifying bets are also equal, the user who placed the qualifying bet first will be ranked higher. If both criteria are identical, the respective prize will be divided equally between the users.
5. The prizes for each separate round will be distributed among the top twenty-five (25) ranked users as follows:

6. The same user may receive no more than two (2) prizes from the “Tick-Tock Races” additional bonus game during the respective Saturday, regardless of the number of rounds in which they participate.
7. Only bets placed with real funds will qualify. Bets placed with bonus funds will not participate in the additional bonus game and will not be included in the calculation of the user’s score.
8. The prizes will be credited as bonus funds subject to a one-time (x1) wagering requirement and may be wagered only on games included in the “Bonus Heat!” category, unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. The maximum amount of a single bet placed with the awarded bonus funds is €2.50.
10. The maximum win that may be generated from the awarded bonus is ten (10) times the amount of the respective bonus.
11. The awarded bonus funds are valid for seventy-two (72) hours from the time they are received.
11.1. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period, the bonus and all winnings generated from it will be removed from the user’s account.
12. The prizes will be credited automatically to the gaming accounts of the ranked users within one (1) hour after the end of the respective round.
12.1. If the prizes cannot be credited automatically due to technical reasons, they will be credited by 12:00 on the following business day.
13. By accepting the bonus, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Organizer’s General Terms and Conditions.
14. If a user does not wish to receive the respective bonus, they must notify Customer Support before placing any bets with the awarded bonus funds.

“GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK!”
1. The “Get Your Deposit Back!” additional bonus game is conducted as part of the “Bonus Heat!” additional bonus game.
2. The additional bonus game will be available every SUNDAY from 00:00 until 23:59:59 during the promotional period from 16.08.2026 until 30.08.2026, inclusive.
3. The additional bonus game is available to all registered users of palmsbet.com who are not restricted by the Organizer from receiving bonuses.
4. Any user who makes at least one deposit and places bets with real funds totalling at least €100 on games included in the “Bonus Heat!” category during the respective Sunday will be entered into the draw for the respective weekly round.
5. Every MONDAY, thirty (30) winning users will be selected by means of a random number generator from among all participants who fulfilled the requirement under Clause 4 on the preceding day. The bonuses will be credited to the gaming accounts of the winning users during the same day.
6. The bonus amount awarded to each winning user will be calculated based on the difference between the total value of the deposits made and the total value of the withdrawals completed during the respective Sunday, using the following formula:
Deposits – Withdrawals = Bonus amount
Examples:
• If a user has made deposits totalling €500 and withdrawals totalling €300, the bonus amount will be €200 (€500 – €300 = €200).
• If a user has made deposits totalling €400 and withdrawals totalling €350, the bonus amount will be €50 (€400 – €350 = €50).
• If a user has made deposits totalling €500 and withdrawals totalling €100, the calculated difference will be €400, but the user will receive the maximum bonus of €200.
7. The maximum bonus that may be received by a winning user is €200, regardless of the calculated difference.
8. The bonus will be credited to the winning user’s gaming account on the Monday following the respective qualifying day.
9. Only bets placed with real funds will qualify. Bets placed with bonus funds will not participate in the additional bonus game.
10. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the awarded bonus funds may be wagered only on games included in the “Bonus Heat!” category.
11. To withdraw any winnings generated from the awarded bonus, the user must meet a wagering requirement equal to three times (x3) the amount of the bonus.
12. The maximum amount of a single bet placed with the awarded bonus funds is €2.50.
13. The maximum win that may be generated from the awarded bonus is €2,000.
14. The awarded bonus is valid for seventy-two (72) hours from the time it is received.
15. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period, the bonus and all winnings generated from it will be removed from the user’s account.
16. By accepting the bonus, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Organizer’s General Terms and Conditions.
17. If a user does not wish to receive the respective bonus, they must notify Customer Support before placing any bets with the awarded bonus funds.
