Terms and Contidions
1. The additional bonus game “Travel with Levski”, part of the Organizer's Loyalty Program, will be held from July 14, 2025, to July 21, 2025, or July 25, 2025. The end date will be determined after the matches between PFC
"Levski" and FC "Hapoel Be'er Sheva" are played and upon official confirmation of the team’s next opponent in the European club tournaments.
2. All registered users of the website palmsbet.com who are not restricted from receiving bonuses by the Organizer are eligible to participate in the game.
3. Participation in the additional bonus game is done by exchanging 25 (twenty-five) bonus points, accumulated within the framework of the “Loyalty Program” bonus game on the Organizer’s website, for one entry (ticket) in the
draw. Each user may request/exchange an unlimited number of entries, depending on the number of points they have.
4. Users can monitor the number of tickets they have purchased in real time by visiting the “Loyalty Program” section in their profile on palmsbet.com.
5. In the bonus game “Travel with Levski”, two participants will win the opportunity to attend an away match of PFC "Levski" during the team’s participation in European club tournaments. Each of the two winners will have the
right to bring one companion.
5.1 The prize includes:
- A charter flight together with the players of PFC "Levski",
- Transfers to and from the airport,
- Hotel accommodation,
- Tickets for the football match,
- Personalized jerseys for the winning users and their companions
6. The prize draw will be conducted using a random number generator and will be broadcast live on Palms Bet’s official Facebook and YouTube channels.
7. During the prize draw, in addition to the two (2) winning users, three (3) backup winners will also be drawn. If, for reasons beyond Palms Bet’s control, the Organizer is unable to contact a winner on the day of the draw,
the respective prize will automatically be offered to the first drawn backup. If contact cannot be made with the first backup either, the Organizer will proceed to the second backup. If the second backup also cannot be reached, the
third (final) backup will be contacted. If contact is not established with any of the backups, the prize will not be awarded.
7.1 A representative of the Organizer will contact the winning users via phone call, email, and/or web notification in their gaming profile to provide detailed information regarding the prize collection.
8. Users are not allowed to exchange the prizes for their cash equivalent.
9. The Organizer reserves the right to change the duration of the bonus game and the start time of the draw broadcast at any time, with prior notice sent via email to users and the responsible authority (NRA).
10. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the bonus game “Travel with Levski”:
1. Employees of the Organizer or affiliated entities;
2. Individuals contracted under civil agreements by the Organizer or affiliated entities;
3. Members of the management and control bodies of the Organizer or affiliated entities;
4. Spouses and relatives, without limitation in degree, of the persons mentioned above.
11. Participation in the bonus game “Travel with Levski” is voluntary and done by exchanging points for entries. By doing so, each user declares that they are familiar with, accept, and agree to be bound by these rules.
11.1 Once points have been exchanged for entries in the draw, the exchanged bonus points cannot be refunded or adjusted in relation to the receipt of another type of prize or bonus from the additional bonus game “Loyalty
Program” on palmsbet.com.
12. In cases of suspected abuse, system manipulation, or violation of good faith participation, the Organizer reserves the right to restrict a user or group of users from participating in the bonus game “Travel with Levski”
without being obliged to provide further explanation.
13. If the football match associated with the prizes is canceled, rescheduled, or delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to force majeure, pandemics, or decisions by sports/government authorities),
the Organizer reserves the right to change the event date or offer an alternative prize of equal value.
14. Winning participants may not transfer their prizes to third parties unless previously agreed upon with the Organizer.
15. The Organizer reserves the right to change the broadcast channel of the draw in the event of technical or other issues that prevent timely participant notification. The new broadcast channel will be announced no later than
one (1) hour before the draw on the Organizer’s website.
16. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to this promotion at any time to correct typographical errors or improve its clarity for users. The Organizer may also modify or terminate the promotion due to legislative or
regulatory requirements, with any such changes or termination announced via the palmsbet.com website, email, or notifications in user profiles.
