TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. These Terms and Conditions govern the additional bonus campaign "Mystery Free Bet", in which every customer registered on Palmsbet.com who is not subject to any restrictions regarding receiving bonuses from the Organizer is eligible to participate.
• Should such restrictions be imposed during the promotional period of the "Mystery Free Bet" campaign, the respective participant shall lose the right to participate.
2. The "Mystery Free Bet" promotional campaign will be held during the period from 26.06.2026 to 28.06.2026 inclusive.
3. To qualify for the promotion, customers must place bets in the "Sports" section on three consecutive days - 26.06.2026, 27.06.2026 and 28.06.2026, under the following minimum requirements:
• SINGLE and MULTIPLE bets with a minimum stake of €10 are eligible.
• Minimum odds: 1.50.
• Only Pre-Match and Live bets are eligible.
• Only bets settled as "Won" or "Lost" are eligible.
• Only bets placed with real funds are eligible.
• Only bets settled within the respective day will be considered, with bets settled by 00:30 being accepted.
4. Every customer who meets the conditions described in Clause 3 will receive, at random, a Free Bet bonus worth between €5 and €100 on Monday (29.06.2026). The bonus will be valid for use in the "Sports" section only on events from the FIFA World Cup.
*Example:
• If a customer places a Live single bet of at least €10 and the bet is settled, they will qualify for a Free Bet bonus worth between €5 and €100.
• If a customer places a Live single bet worth €5 and the bet is settled, they will not qualify for the "Mystery Free Bet" bonus, as the minimum stake requirement is €10.
5. All customers who qualify for the "Mystery Free Bet" bonus will receive their bonus by 12:00 PM on 29.06.2026.
6. Any winnings generated from the Free Bet bonus are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn without additional conditions.
• The Sports Free Bet can only be used for Pre-Match bets.
7. Bets that have been Cashed Out will not qualify for the "Mystery Free Bet" bonus.
8. Bets placed using bonus funds or funds linked to bonuses will not qualify for the "Mystery Free Bet" bonus.
9. If the bonus is not used within 3 days from the moment it is credited, it will be removed from the customer's account.
10. If a participant does not wish to receive their bonus, they must opt out before using it by notifying the Customer Support Department in writing.
11. All bonuses within this promotion are limited to one per person. If the Organizer has reasonable grounds to believe that a bonus is being claimed by or on behalf of the same person or group of persons more than once, the Organizer reserves the right to withdraw any or all offers from such customer or group of customers and/or cancel any bets placed using bonus funds and remove any winnings derived from such bets.
