TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Under these Terms and Conditions, an additional bonus campaign “Mystery Free Bet – Roland Garros” is organized, in which every client registered on Palmsbet.com who has no restrictions imposed by the Organizer regarding bonus eligibility has the right to participate.
2. The additional bonus campaign “Mystery Free Bet – Roland Garros” will take place from 03.06.2026 until 07.06.2026, with the campaign ending upon completion of the qualifying event.
3. To take advantage of the promotion, the client must place a bet on the Roland Garros Men’s Singles Final that meets the following conditions:
* SINGLE and MULTIPLE bets placed with real funds of at least 5€ are eligible;
* Minimum odds of 1.50;
* Both pre-match and live bets are eligible;
* Only bets settled as “Won” or “Lost” are eligible.
4. Every client who meets the conditions described in section 3 will receive a randomly assigned Free Bet bonus worth between 5€ and 100€ on the opening day of the FIFA World Cup (11.06.2026), valid for the Sports section.
*Examples:
- If a client places a LIVE single bet of at least 5€ and the bet is settled, they will qualify for a Free Bet bonus worth between 5€ and 100€.
- If a client places a LIVE single bet worth 2€ and the bet is settled, they will not qualify for the “Mystery Free Bet” bonus, as the minimum qualifying stake is 5€.
5. All clients who qualify for the “Mystery Free Bet” bonus will receive their bonus by 12:00 PM on 11.06.2026, after the qualifying bet has been settled.
*Clients who participated in the additional bonus campaign “Mystery Free Bet – Champion League” and also successfully qualify for “Mystery Free Bet – Roland Garros” will receive two separate Free Bet promotions.
6. Potential winnings generated from the Free Bet bonus are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn without any additional conditions.
* The Sports Free Bet can only be used for pre-match bets.
7. Bets settled through the Cash Out function will not qualify for the “Mystery Free Bet” bonus.
8. Bets placed using bonuses or funds linked to bonuses will not qualify for the “Mystery Free Bet” bonus.
9. In the event that the qualifying event is postponed or canceled and not completed within 48 hours, the bonus will be voided.
10. If the bonus is not used within 3 days from the moment it is credited, it will be automatically removed from the client’s account.
11. If a participant does not wish to receive the bonus, they must opt out before the start of the campaign by notifying the “Customer Support” department in writing.
12. All bonuses under this campaign are limited to one per person. If the Organizer has reasonable grounds to believe that a bonus is being claimed by or on behalf of the same person or group of persons more than once, the Organizer reserves the right to withdraw any or all offers from such client(s), cancel any bets placed using bonus funds, and remove any winnings generated from such bets.
