TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Participation in the additional bonus promotion “NBA Free Bet” is open to all registered users of palmsbet.com, except those who have restrictions on receiving bonuses from the Organizer.
2. The qualifying match for this offer is given by the Organizer.
3. All terms apply only to this match.
4. Any customer who places a SINGLE bet, PRE-MATCH or LIVE, of at least 10 €, with minimum odds of 1.50, on the qualifying match may qualify for the bonus promotion.
5. Any customer whose bet described in clause 4 is losing will receive 10 € in the form of a Sports Free Bet. The maximum bonus amount is 10 € Free Bet.
6. Only the first qualifying bet that meets the criteria in clause 4 for the respective match will be considered.
7. All customers who qualify for the “NBA Free Bet” bonus will receive their bonus by 12:00 PM the following day.
8. Winnings generated from the 10 € Free Bet are not subject to wagering requirements and can be withdrawn without additional conditions.
9.When a Free Bet is used, the customer receives only the net winnings, excluding the Free Bet stake.
10. The Free Bet bonus can be used only once and in full and cannot be split into multiple bets.
11. Bets that have been cashed out will not qualify for the “NBA Free Bet” bonus.
12. Bets placed with bonus funds or funds linked to bonuses will not qualify for the “NBA Free Bet” bonus.
13. If the event is postponed or abandoned and not completed within 48 hours, the bonus will be void.
14. If the Free Bet is not used within 3 days from the time it is credited, it will be removed from the customer’s account.
15. If a participant does not wish to receive the bonus, they must opt out before placing the bet by notifying Customer Support in writing.
16. All bonuses are limited to one per person. If the Organizer has reasonable grounds to believe that a bonus is being claimed more than once by the same individual or group of individuals, the Organizer reserves the right to withdraw the offer, cancel any bets placed with bonus funds, and remove any resulting winnings.
