1. Under these rules, an additional bonus campaign "Palms X2mas" is established, which includes four separate bonus games, as follows:
1.1. "Double Points for the Loyalty Program" – an additional bonus game valid every day from 08.12.2025 to 26.12.2025, inclusive.
1.2. "Palms X2mas Race" – an additional bonus game valid from 00:00 on 12.12.2025 until 23:59 on 12.12.2025.
1.3. "Reload Bonus – Palms X2mas" – an additional bonus game valid from 00:00 on 19.12.2025 until 23:59 on 19.12.2025.
1.4. "Reload Bonus – Palms X2mas" – an additional bonus game valid from 00:00 on 26.12.2025 until 23:59 on 26.12.2025.
2. Every registered user of palmsbet.com who has no imposed limit in the “Casino” section and no restrictions for receiving bonuses and promotions, is eligible to participate in each of the additional bonus games listed in item 1.
3. The following general rules apply to each of the additional bonus games listed in item 1:
Double Points for the Loyalty Program
1. An additional bonus game “Double Points for the Loyalty Program” is conducted, in which any registered user of palmsbet.com without a restriction for participating in the “Casino” section may take part.
2. The additional bonus game will run every day during the period 08.12.2025 – 26.12.2025, inclusive.
3. Within the promotional period, every eligible user may participate by placing bets with real money on games selected by the Organizer, grouped under the category “Palms X2mas”.
4. During the promotional period, users will generate double (x2) status and bonus points in the palmsbet.com Loyalty Program through their gaming activity.
5. Every 1 EUR / 1.95 лв. wagered with real money on the special games in “Palms X2mas” generates:
- 0.40 points for slot games by provider CT INTERACTIVE, instead of the standard 0.20 points.
- 0.20 points for slot games by other providers (excluding CT INTERACTIVE), instead of the standard 0.10 points.
6. The Organizer reserves the right to change the duration of the game at any time, informing participants in advance via email, as well as notifying the competent institution (NAP) in accordance with applicable legislation.
7. The Organizer reserves the right to limit or exclude any client or group of clients if there is doubt about dishonest actions aimed at unlawfully benefiting from the campaign.
Palms X2mas Race
1. An additional bonus game “Palms X2mas Race” is established under these rules.
2. Any registered user of palmsbet.com without restrictions for receiving bonuses may participate.
3. The bonus game will take place from 00:00 to 23:59 on 12.12.2025.
4. Any user who places a bet of at least 0.50 EUR / 0.97 лв. on any game in the “Palms X2mas” section is eligible to participate and qualify for a bonus reward.
4.1. Ranking mechanism:
Each winning bet grants points based on its multiplier, calculated as:
Win Amount / Bet Amount = Points Earned.
Examples:
If a player bets 1 EUR / 1.95 лв. and wins 2.20 EUR / 4.30 лв. → earns 2.2 points.
If a player bets 1 EUR / 1.95 лв. and wins 1 EUR / 1.95 лв. → earns 1 point.
Important:
If two players have equal points, the one with the larger qualifying bet is ranked higher.
If the bet sizes are equal, the earlier bet ranks higher.
If both criteria match, the prize is split.

6. Only bets placed with real money qualify.
- Bets made with bonus funds do not participate.
7. Weekly prizes are credited as bonus funds with 3x wagering, valid only on “Palms X2mas” games.
8. Maximum bet with bonus funds: 5 EUR / 9.77 лв..
9. Maximum win from bonus funds: 5,000 EUR / 9,779.15 лв..
10. Bonus funds validity: 3 days. If wagering requirements are not met, the bonus and winnings are removed.
11. Jackpot winnings during play do not count toward ranking.
*Jackpots do not contribute points.
12. Rewards for ranked players are credited automatically within one hour after the end of the round.
12.1. If technical issues occur, rewards will be credited by 12:00 on the next business day.
13. If the client's account currency differs, amounts are converted to the account currency.
14. The Organizer may make changes at any time to correct typos, clarify rules, or comply with legal requirements. Changes will be published on palmsbet.com via email or notification.
15. The Organizer may modify or cancel the offer for an individual client or group of clients.
Reload Bonus – Palms X2mas: 100% up to 50 EUR / 97.79 лв.
1. Under these rules, a “Reload Bonus – Palms X2mas” is established for all registered users except those restricted from receiving bonuses.
2. Bonus valid from 00:00 to 23:59 on 19.12.2025.
3. Each user may claim the bonus once during the promotional period.
4. The bonus is credited as 100% of the deposited amount, up to 50 EUR / 97.79 лв..
5. Minimum deposit to activate: 10 EUR / 19.55 лв..
6. The bonus and qualifying deposit can be used only on “Palms X2mas” games.
7. Winnings from bonus play can be withdrawn only after wagering the deposit + bonus 30 times (30x).
8. Maximum allowed bet with the bonus: 5 EUR / 9.77 лв..
9. Maximum possible win from the bonus: 3,000 EUR / 5,867.49 лв..
10. Bonus validity: 3 days from activation. If not fully wagered, the bonus is removed.
11. A user may cancel the bonus if no bets were placed with the bonus or the deposit used to claim it; the deposit is then restored to the account.
Reload Bonus – Palms X2mas: 50% up to 100 EUR / 195.58 лв.
1. A “Reload Bonus – Palms X2mas” is established for all users except those restricted from receiving bonuses.
2. Bonus valid from 00:00 to 23:59 on 26.12.2025.
3. Each user may claim the bonus once during the promotional period.
4. The bonus is credited as 50% of the deposit, up to 100 EUR / 195.58 лв..
5. Minimum deposit to activate: 10 EUR / 19.55 лв..
6. The bonus and deposit can be used only on “Palms X2mas” games.
7. Winnings may be withdrawn only after wagering the deposit + bonus 25 times (25x).
8. Maximum bet: 5 EUR / 9.77 лв..
9. Maximum win: 6,000 EUR / 11,734.98 лв..
10. Bonus validity: 3 days from activation.
11. The user may cancel the bonus if no bets have been made with the bonus or deposit.
