1. Under these rules, an additional bonus game called “Crazy Blue Nights” is established as part of the Organizer’s Loyalty Program bonus game. It will be held from June 10, 2025, until three days before the first home match of PFC
“Levski” in the European club tournaments for the 2025/2026 season. The football match will take place on either July 10, 2025, or July 17, 2025, depending on the draw. The game will end at 5:00 PM on the respective date.
2. Every registered user of the website palmsbet.com who is not restricted from receiving bonuses by the Organizer is eligible to participate in the game.
3. Participation in the additional bonus game is done by exchanging 25 (twenty-five) bonus points, accumulated within the Organizer’s Loyalty Program bonus game (Art. 51), for one entry (ticket) in the draw. Each user may redeem an
unlimited number of entries, depending on their available points.
4. Participants can track the number of tickets they have purchased in real-time by visiting the Loyalty Program section of the website palmsbet.com..
5. The additional bonus game "Crazy Blue Nights" will award three material prizes, as follows:
o First Prize: 1 winner and 7 companions – VIP experience in the Sky Box at "Georgi Asparuhov" Stadium during PFC Levski’s first home match in the European club tournaments for the 2025/2026 season.
o Second Prize: 1 winner and 3 companions – VIP experience in the Sky Box at "Georgi Asparuhov" Stadium during PFC Levski’s first home match in the European club tournaments for the 2025/2026 season.
o Third Prize: 1 winner and 1 companion – VIP experience in the Sky Box at "Georgi Asparuhov" Stadium during PFC Levski’s first home match in the European club tournaments for the 2025/2026 season.
6. Each of the three winners will additionally receive a fan merchandise gift set, which will be provided on the day of the event in the Sky Box.
7. The prize draw will be conducted randomly three (3) days before the match using a random number generator, and it will be streamed live on the Palms Bet Facebook page as well as on the official Palms Bet YouTube channel.
8. Each winning participant will be notified by phone call or email using the contact details provided within 24 hours from the time of the draw.
9. Each winner is required to cooperate in organizing their participation in the event and to provide the necessary details. Failure to meet the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the right to participate, and the Organizer reserves
the right to dispose of the prize.
10. Participants are not entitled to exchange the prizes for their monetary equivalent or for other tangible or intangible rewards.
11. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the campaign conditions, including the start or end date, by notifying participants in advance via email or by a message on palmsbet.com.
12. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the “Crazy Blue Nights” additional bonus game:
o Employees of the Organizer or persons affiliated with it;
o Individuals contracted under a civil agreement by the Organizer or by a related entity;
o Members of the management and supervisory bodies of the Organizer or affiliated entities;
o Spouses and relatives of any degree of the persons listed above.
13. In case of suspected abuse, system manipulation, or violation of fair participation, the Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally disqualify a participant from the campaign without explanation.
14. If the football match for which the prizes are designated is canceled, moved, or delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to force majeure, pandemics, or decisions of sports/governmental authorities), the
Organizer reserves the right to change the event date or offer an alternative prize of equivalent value.
15. Winning participants are not allowed to transfer their prizes to third parties unless this is agreed upon in advance with the Organizer.
