1. These Rules establish the additional bonus promotion “Wheel of Fortune – Spin for Gold!”. Every registered user of www.palmsbet.com who meets the requirements set out in Section 3 of these Rules is eligible to participate in the promotion.

2. The additional bonus promotion “Wheel of Fortune – Spin for Gold!” will run from 15:00 on 11.06.2026 until 10:00 on 20.07.2026.

6. Prize delivery under “Wheel of Fortune – Spin for Gold!”

• If, due to technical reasons, a prize is not automatically credited to a participant’s gaming account, it will be credited by 12:00 on the next business day. 

6.1. All bonus offers may be accepted until the end of the respective day and are valid for wagering within 24 hours from activation, unless otherwise specified in the conditions of the respective prize.

6.2. If the wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the specified period, the bonus and all winnings derived from it will be removed from the customer’s account.

7. The additional bonus promotion “Wheel of Fortune – Spin for Gold!” gives one participant the opportunity to win the grand prize “GOLDEN TROPHY”.

7.1. The winner of the grand prize will be notified by telephone using the phone number provided in their account within fourteen (14) days of winning.

7.2. The winner of the grand prize has the right to exchange it for its cash equivalent of 10,000 €.

7.3. At the winner’s request, the cash equivalent under Section 7.2 may be granted in the form of bonus funds. In such case, the terms governing the use of the bonus, including validity period, wagering requirements, maximum winnings and all other applicable conditions, shall be determined by the Organizer and communicated to the winner before the bonus is credited.

8. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Rules and to terminate or temporarily suspend the promotion at any time where required for technical, operational or regulatory reasons.

9. The Organizer’s decisions regarding all matters related to the promotion, including the interpretation of these Rules, shall be final and binding on all participants.

10. Offers are limited to one per person. If the Organizer has reasonable grounds to believe that a bonus is being used more than once by the same individual or group of individuals, the Organizer reserves the right to withdraw any offer, cancel any wagering carried out with bonus funds and remove any winnings derived therefrom. The Organizer further reserves the right, in cases of fraudulent or abusive behaviour, to deduct any positive balance obtained through such actions, as well as any losses incurred as a result thereof.
