BONUS RULES AND CONDITIONS
1. Under these rules, an additional bonus game “Winter Marathon” is established, which includes three additional bonus games as follows:
1.1. “10% Cashback Bonus – Winter Marathon” – active every MONDAY from 12.01.2026 to 26.01.2026 inclusive;
1.2. “Tournament – Winter Marathon” – active every TUESDAY and THURSDAY from 16:00 on 12.01.2026 to 23:59 on 29.01.2026 inclusive;
1.3. “Reload Bonus – Winter Marathon” – active every FRIDAY from 19.12.2025 to 30.01.2026 inclusive;
2. Any registered user of palmsbet.com who has no limits set in the “Casino” section and no restrictions on receiving bonuses and promotions may participate in each of the additional bonus games listed in item 1.
3. For each of the additional bonus games listed in item 1, the following terms and conditions apply:
10% CASHBACK BONUS – WINTER MARATHON
1. Under these Terms and Conditions, the additional bonus game “10% Cashback Bonus – Winter Marathon” is established.
2. The additional bonus game will be active every MONDAY within the time range from 00:00 to 23:59 during the promotional period, which will take place from 12.01.2026 to 26.01.2026, inclusive.
3. The additional bonus game “10% Cashback Bonus – Winter Marathon” is available to all registered users of palmsbet.com who do not have restrictions on receiving bonuses imposed by the Organizer.
4. Any customer who incurs a net loss of at least €50 while playing games from the “Winter Marathon” category during the promotional period specified in item 2 shall receive a 10% cashback bonus.
5. The net loss is calculated according to the following formula:
– All wagers made with real money minus all winnings resulting from them.
6. The cashback bonus will be credited to the accounts of eligible users by 12:00 on the following day.
7. The maximum cashback bonus amount that can be received by one user is €1,000.
8. The bonus amount provided under the “10% Cashback Bonus – Winter Marathon” is valid for wagering only on games from the “Winter Marathon” category.
9. In order to withdraw the bonus amount credited under the “10% Cashback Bonus – Winter Marathon”, wagering equal to one (1) time the amount of the bonus must be completed.
10. The maximum value of a single wager made with the cashback bonus is €2.50.
11. The maximum winnings that can be generated using the cashback bonus is €5,000.
12. The cashback bonus is valid for three (3) days from the date of crediting.
13. If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus and all winnings derived from it shall be removed from the customer’s account.
14. By accepting the bonus, the customer declares that they are familiar with and accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Organizer’s General Terms and Conditions.
15. If the customer does not wish to receive the bonus, they must notify the Customer Support department in advance, prior to the start of gameplay.
16. The Organizer reserves the right, at its discretion, to make changes to correct typographical errors or to improve the clarity of the information provided to customers. The Organizer also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time. Information regarding any changes, including termination of the promotion, will be published in a timely manner on the official website of the Organizer, palmsbet.com, and/or via email or on-site notification.
TOURNAMENT – WINTER MARATHON
1. Under these Terms and Conditions, the additional bonus game “Tournament – Winter Marathon” is established, with the rules described below.
2. The additional bonus game “Tournament – Winter Marathon” is available to any registered user of palmsbet.com who does not have restrictions on receiving bonuses imposed by the Organizer.
3. The additional bonus game “Tournament – Winter Marathon” will be active every TUESDAY and THURSDAY, EVERY HOUR, within the time range from 16:00 to 23:59 during the promotional period from 12.01.2026 to 29.01.2026, inclusive.
3.1. The additional bonus game “Tournament – Winter Marathon” will be conducted in eight daily rounds, and prizes will be distributed as described in item 5.
4. Any user who places a wager of at least €0.40 on a selected game from the “Winter Marathon” category is entitled to participate and compete for one of the bonus prizes.
4.1. The ranking will be determined according to the following mechanism:
Each winning wager earns points based on the multiplier achieved, calculated as follows:
Winnings divided by Stake = Winning Multiplier.
Points are determined by summing all winning multipliers, each added to the total score.
Example:
– If a participant makes a spin of €1 and wins €2.20, the points earned are 2.2 (2.20 / 1 = 2.2 points).
– If a participant makes a spin of €1 and wins €1, the points earned are 1 (1 / 1 = 1 point).
*In case of equal results, the participant who placed the higher qualifying wager shall win. If the qualifying wager amounts are also equal, the participant who placed the qualifying wager earlier shall win. If both criteria coincide, the respective prize shall be split.
5. The prize pool of the “Tournament – Winter Marathon” will be distributed among the top three (3) ranked participants as follows:

6. Only wagers made with real money are considered qualifying wagers.
– Wagers made with bonus funds do not participate in the bonus game.
7. The prizes will be credited in the form of a bonus amount with three (3) wagering requirements, valid only for games from the “Winter Marathon” category.
8. The maximum winnings that can be generated with the bonus funds is €1,000.
9. The bonus funds are valid for three (3) days from the date of receipt. If the wagering requirements are not met within this period, the bonus and all winnings derived from it shall be removed from the customer’s account.
10. The prizes of the ranked players will be credited automatically within one hour after the end of the round.
10.1. If, due to technical reasons, the prizes are not credited automatically, they will be credited by 12:00 on the next business day.
11. If the currency of the customer’s account differs from the currency of the offer, the amounts will be converted to the currency of the customer’s account.
12. The Organizer may make changes to this promotion at any time in order to correct typographical errors or to improve clarity for the customer and may modify or cancel this promotion at any time due to legislative or regulatory reasons. 13. The Organizer reserves the right to amend or cancel this offer for a specific customer or group of customers.
RELOAD BONUS – WINTER MARATHON
1. Under these Terms and Conditions, the “Reload Bonus – Winter Marathon” bonus is established and is available to all registered users of palmsbet.com, except those restricted from receiving bonuses and promotions.
2. The bonus will be active every FRIDAY within the time range from 00:00 to 23:59 during the promotional period from 12.01.2026 to 30.01.2026, inclusive.
3. Each user may take advantage of the bonus once during the promotional period.
4. The “Reload Bonus – Winter Marathon” will be credited to the customer’s account as a bonus amount equal to 100% of the deposited amount, up to a maximum of €50.
5. The “Reload Bonus – Winter Marathon” can be activated with a minimum deposit of €5.
6. The credited bonus and the qualifying deposit may only be used on games from the “Winter Marathon” category.
7. Winnings generated while playing with the bonus may be withdrawn only if wagering of twenty-five (25) times the combined amount of the bonus and the deposit has been completed.
8. The maximum wager amount using the “Reload Bonus – Winter Marathon” is €2.50.
9. The maximum winnings that can be generated using the bonus is €1,500.
10. The “Reload Bonus – Winter Marathon” is valid for three (3) days from the date of activation. 11. If the bonus is not wagered within three (3) days from the activation date, the bonus amount and all winnings derived from it will be removed, and the wagering requirement will remain valid for the remaining value of the deposit, if there is a remaining balance in the gaming account.
12. The user has the right to reject from the received bonus provided that no wagering has been performed with either the bonus or the qualifying deposit. In such case, the bonus amount will be removed from the account and the deposit will be returned to the gaming balance.
13.
